Self-Defense Class with Nia Sanchez, Miss USA 2014

Join our current Miss USA and Miss Teen USA State Titleholder in a 90-minute Self-Defense class taught by Miss USA 2014, Nia Sanchez. Nia is a fourth-degree black belt in Tae Kwon Do and has trained in other martial art disciplines including Jiu Jitsu & Muay Thai. Nia Sanchez is also the Goodwill Ambassador for The World Tae Kwon Do Federation, and she has been teaching women’s self-defense for over 7 years. To date, she has trained well over tens of thousands of women across the US in high schools, colleges, and women’s shelters.
